Apparently, Jerry hired the right the right one with Barry Switzer. But since then, it’s been 30 agonizing years and 7 coaches so far.
Since Jimmy Johnson left Dallas and Barry won a Super won with Jimmy’s team (January 28, 1996), we’ve watched coach after coach arrive with a plan to restore the glory.

Barry. Gailey. Campo. Parcells. Phillips. Garrett. McCarthy. Schottenheimer.

Different coaches. Different quarterbacks. Different coordinators. Different excuses.

One constant. The same GM.
